Q.1.How can I find out if I can get a refund for my product?

Ans.Kindly check the non-returnable items page to see if you may get a refund for your product.

Q.2.How long do I have to start the refund request process?

Ans.Refund requests may be started within seven days of delivery.For instance, you have until the 12th to submit a refund if your order was delivered on the 5th.

Q.3.How should my return package be packed to ensure it reaches its destination undamaged?

Ans.The item needs to be returned in its original,untouched, untorned manufacturer's box or packaging. Manufactures's or seller's packing should not be opened

The goods must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached if it was sent in a second layer of Sauravi packaging. Never attach tape or stickers to the manufacturer's packaging.

Note: We have the right to send a product back to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.

Q.4.If my request for a refund was denied, what options do I have?

Ans.Should your return request not fulfil the requirements of the Sauravi Returns Policy, you can obtain your warranty, if applicable, from the brand's authorised service centre.

Q.5.Should I cover the cost of shipping when returning an item?

Ans.Returning a product to Sauravi is free of charge. The cost incurred on return shall be reimbursed

Q.6.How do I follow my own return?

Ans.We will use either email or SMS or whatsapp to keep you informed about the progress of your order on a regular basis. Entering your tracking number here will allow you to follow the progress of your order once it has left our warehouse
and is on its way to you.

Q.7.How will I get my refund and how long will it take?

Ans.Payment Method :Cash on Delivery (COD): 1.Refund Option:Bank Deposit 2.Refund Time : 4-5 working days

Q.8.When I return a product, will my delivery costs also be reimbursed?

Ans.Yes, the shipping cost that you incurred would also be included in the amount that was refunded.

Q.9.Must I return every item in my order?

Ans.No, your entire order does not need to be returned. It's acceptable to return specific items only.

Q.10.When the return window has closed, may I still return my items?

Ans.We apologise, but after the seven-day return window, returns will not be accepted.
